1General Terms & Conditions

Zban77 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between zban77 and its members, and apply to all services, games, bonuses, and promotions offered by zban77.

These terms have been provided in English for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the original English version shall prevail. zban77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.

To use zban77's services, you must be of legal adult age (18 or older) and online gaming must be permitted under the laws of your country. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with their local laws.

2Account Register

To register on zban77, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details will be terminated and deposited funds may not be refunded.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify zban77 immediately.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing — a copy of your national ID or passport will be required.

3Deposits & Payments

Deposits on zban77 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical delay, it may take up to 1 hour.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• No games can be played until the deposited amount has been credited to your account.
• Failed deposits are refunded automatically. If you experience any issues, please contact support.

4Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from zban77. Verified accounts typically have withdrawals processed within 5–15 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum varies based on your account tier and VIP status.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• Zban77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day. VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.

5Bonus Terms

Zban77 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit. A specified wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used.
• Free Spins: Wagering requirements apply to winnings from Free Spins as well.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are available for regular members.
• Cashback: Cashback is calculated based on losses incurred within a specified period.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time. Please complete your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus abuse — including bonus hunting and the use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

6Betting Rules

All bets on zban77 are accepted in accordance with specific rules. Separate terms apply to Sports Betting, casino games, and live games.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• Zban77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or unfair advantage will be subject to investigation.
• Zban77 reserves the right to hold payments in cases of unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zban77. Any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under another person's name or identity.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Hacking, using cheat software, or deploying automated bots on the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Registering with a false age to appear as a minor.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Zban77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) will be marked as dormant.
• The user submits a request to close their own account.

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded (bonus balance excluded).

9Privacy & Data Protection

Zban77 takes the protection of members' personal data very seriously. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and do not share your information with third parties without necessity.

10Responsible Gaming

• You may activate a temporary break (cooling-off period) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time if needed.

11Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute, please contact zban77's customer support in the first instance. Our support team will work to resolve the matter within 72 hours.

• In disputes relating to game results or bets, server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, you may appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
• Any challenge to a zban77 decision must be appealed within 30 days.

12Changes to Terms & Conditions

Zban77 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified via a website notice and sent to your registered email.
